The table pillar of Indwell. Wellfed is a premium meal-delivery service built on the idea that what shows up at the door should be as thoughtfully made as a home-cooked meal — and delivered by someone who actually stops to say hello.
Wellfed starts small and disciplined on purpose: one garden, one kitchen. Chefs harvest seasonally alongside dedicated gardeners, cook from that day's harvest on a rotating menu, and work with a dedicated butcher for well-sourced meat — no shortcuts, no frozen-and-reheated shipping model.
Delivery is where Wellfed means to be different: staff who bring warmth and real connection to each drop-off, including the option to come inside and warm the meal at the door — a moment of human contact, not just a meal left on a step.
Good nutrition is one of the quieter levers in fall prevention. Adequate protein and vitamin D directly affect muscle mass and strength in older adults — the same strength that determines whether a stumble turns into a catch or a fall. Wellfed exists to make that nutrition genuinely good, not just technically adequate.
The isolation that often comes with aging alone is its own risk to health and safety. A meal delivered with real warmth — a person who checks in, not just a box on the porch — is part of the same mission as the food itself.
Wellfed is deliberately the most ambitious of Indwell's brands to fully realize — and the most important to get right rather than rush. The long-term goal is to reach seniors who can't afford it, not just paying customers, through a purchase-funds-giving model layered on once the paying side of the business is established — buy a meal, fund a meal for someone who needs it.
Indwell Home Services is opening first, in November 2026. Wellfed and Indwell's other brands are in active development to follow.
